Care method when you can not raise up your arm 2

If you have a painful armpit or elbow and you have difficulty raising up your arm, please scratch the back side of the bone edge of the upper arm along the bone with your fingernails and slide the bone edge perpendicularly to the bone.

You may feel pain the first time with this care method. However, when the bone edge relaxes and can be moved freely, pain decreases.
