Let's use saliva, let's eat deliciously!

If you eat quickly, the digestive burden solicits the lower abdomen, its tension comes up your chest to the neck, and makes your jaw stiff. This tension makes saliva less likely to produce.

Slightly push the inner groove of the jaw bone under your chin with your thumb as shown with the green line on this picture. You will immediately feel the saliva in your mouth. It helps to feel the richer taste of food, and also relives dry mouth problems.

If you feel pain when you push, it means you have tension from abdominal organs. Avoid swallowing whole chunks of food and try to chew well, feeling the saliva in your mouth.
